Submit as many spaces as you own. After admin approval, up to three listings can be shown free for three days. Extra submissions remain safely saved and paused.
How does the Starter free trial work?+
Each owner may activate Starter once for 30 days. During the trial, unlimited approved listings can stay live and receive unlimited inquiries.
What happens after the trial or free visibility ends?+
Nothing is deleted. Listings become paused until you activate a package, renew, or receive another admin-approved visibility period.
When should I choose Starter?+
Choose Starter when you want unlimited live listings, regular renter inquiries, a Verified Space badge and WhatsApp lead alerts.
Who should choose Growth?+
Growth is designed for professional owners or managers with several spaces who need unlimited listings, priority ranking, a Featured badge and monthly performance reporting.
Does it cost money to submit my space?+
No. Registration and submissions are unlimited. Your package controls how many approved listings are visible and for how long.
What types of space can I list?+
Retail corners, kiosks, offices, meeting rooms, community centers, wedding or party halls, convention halls, rooftops, photography venues, football or cricket turfs, indoor courts, practice grounds, fitness studios and approved residential ground-floor or garage commercial spaces may be suitable.
Can I list my home garage for commercial use?+
You may submit it for review, but it is not published automatically. ThePoplet checks ownership permission, building or society permission, safe customer access, parking impact, fire safety and whether the proposed commercial use is allowed.
Who decides which business can use my space?+
You do. ThePoplet recommends suitable brands or sellers, but you review every request and approve or decline it.
How is the rent decided?+
You share your expected rent, available dates and preferred duration. Our team may suggest a market-friendly price, but the final approved terms are confirmed with you.
What happens after I submit?+
Our team reviews the information, contacts you when needed, verifies the space and prepares an approved listing. Suitable booking requests are then shared with you.
Can I restrict certain businesses?+
